The short version
- Jobalgia is a job board. We're not an employer or a recruitment agency.
- It's free for job seekers, and no employer should ever ask you for money to apply.
- Employers are responsible for their listings and must follow our posting rules.
- Hiring decisions are between you and the employer, whether you apply on Jobalgia or on their site.
- Employers who use candidate information must use it only to recruit for their own roles.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use jobalgia.com and its job board ("Jobalgia"). Jobalgia is run by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address] ("we", "us"). By using Jobalgia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Posting is free while Jobalgia launches. If we introduce paid listings, we will show the price and any extra terms before you pay, and those terms will apply to that purchase.
What Jobalgia does
Jobalgia lists remote healthcare jobs that employers post with us or that we find on employers' public career pages. Some take applications on Jobalgia; others link you to the employer's site. We're not an employer, a recruitment agency or a staffing agency, and we're not part of any hiring decision or employment relationship.
We review listings and check new employers before their first post goes live, but we can't guarantee that every listing is accurate, still open or right for you.
With a free account, job seekers can keep a profile and CV and apply to jobs that take applications here, and employers can post jobs, review applications and search candidates who chose to be found and whose profiles we've reviewed.
Using Jobalgia to find work
- Browsing and job alerts are free.
- Check each listing yourself, including the pay, the schedule, where you can work from and the licenses or registrations the role requires. It's up to you to make sure you're eligible for the job.
- When you apply on Jobalgia, we send your profile, note and CV to that employer. When you apply on an employer's site, you do so under their terms. Either way, think about what you share.
- Genuine employers never ask you to pay to apply, to buy equipment up front or to share bank details before an offer. If anyone does, stop and tell us through our contact form.
Your account
- Give accurate information, keep your password safe, and use one account per person.
- You're responsible for what's in your profile, photo, CV and job posts. We review job seeker profiles before employers can find them, and may decline a profile or take it out of the candidate search if it isn't accurate or suitable.
- A profile photo should be a recent photo of you, and a company logo your organization's own. We may remove either if it isn't suitable.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account → Settings.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud, or put others at risk.
Posting jobs
If you post a job, you confirm that you're allowed to hire for the role and that your listing is accurate. Every listing must:
- be for a fully remote role in healthcare or a closely related field;
- include the pay range;
- say where candidates can work from and which licenses or registrations are required;
- be a real, open position;
- never ask candidates for money, and not be commission-only, multi-level marketing or pay-to-work;
- comply with employment, anti-discrimination and privacy laws wherever the role is offered.
Jobs are posted from an employer account, and we check new employers before their first job goes live. We may edit listings for format and clarity, ask you for more information, or reject or remove a listing that breaks these rules. Listings run for 30 days, and you can close them early from your account.
You give us permission to display, format and share your listings on Jobalgia, in job alerts and through search engines such as Google for Jobs while they're live.
If you add a logo, you confirm that your organization owns it or may use it, and you let us show it on your company page and next to your jobs on Jobalgia until you remove it or close your account. We check each logo before it appears.
Using candidate information (employers)
Employer accounts need our approval before their jobs go live or they can see applications or search candidates. We check the company, its website and its email domain, and may ask for more. If you receive or view candidate information on Jobalgia, you agree to:
- use it only to recruit for real roles at your own organization;
- not sell, share or pass it on to anyone outside your hiring team, including other recruiters or agencies, and not add candidates to marketing lists;
- contact candidates only about specific roles, and stop if they ask;
- keep it secure, and delete it when you no longer need it for recruiting;
- follow data protection, employment and anti-discrimination laws wherever you and the candidate are.
We record which candidate profiles your account views and which CVs it downloads, and candidates can see which companies viewed them. We may suspend access immediately if we believe candidate information is being misused.
Candidate search is free while we launch. We'll give [30 days'] notice before introducing any charges, and you can close your account at any time.

For employers, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspending or ending access
You can stop using Jobalgia at any time and delete your account in Account → Settings. Employers can close a listing from their account, or ask us to change it through our contact form. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using Jobalgia after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer, you may also be able to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
