How a job goes live
Post a jobFirst you post it, with the pay.
Then a person checks it.
Then it's live for 30 days.
Then it comes down by itself.
What candidates see on your listing
The details that decide whether someone can take a remote job sit at the top of every listing, so the people who apply are the people who can do the job.
- Verified employerWe check every new employer before their first listing goes live, and your listing shows it.
- Pay rangeRequired on every listing, so candidates see it before they apply.
- Where candidates can work fromThe countries, states or provinces you hire in. Candidates filter on it.
- LicensesThe licenses or registrations the role needs, including compacts like the NLC.

What we check before a listing goes live
A person reviews every listing. Most go live as submitted; if something's missing, we'll email you.
- The role is remote and open to people in at least one of our six countries.
- The pay range is real. No range, no post.
- It says where candidates can work from and which licenses they need.
- Applications come to you: through Jobalgia, or by a link to your own careers page or applicant tracking system.
- Candidates are never charged to apply, train or start.
- Your organization is real: the first time you post, we check your website and email domain.
Questions employers ask
Something else? Contact us.
Is posting really free?
Yes. While Jobalgia is launching, every listing is free for its full 30 days. Paid featured listings will come later, and we'll give notice before any prices change.
How quickly does a listing go live?
A person reviews each one, so it isn't instant. We'll email you as soon as it's live, or if we need something from you.
Why do you require a pay range?
Candidates skip listings without pay, and pay transparency laws already require ranges in many places. A real range brings you more of the right applicants.
Can I post a role that isn't fully remote?
Jobalgia lists remote roles only. Occasional travel or on-site onboarding is fine, as long as the description says so.
Do candidates apply through Jobalgia?
Either way works. Candidates can apply with their Jobalgia profile, and you'll find their applications in your employer account, or the apply button can take them to your careers page or applicant tracking system.
Where will my job appear?
On its own page on jobalgia.com, in search and specialty pages, and in job alerts to candidates who match. Job pages are structured for Google for Jobs, which shows listings in the US, UK and Canada.
How do I change or remove a listing?
Close it any time from your employer account. To change it, close it and post it again, or contact us.
